S3MediaVault allows you to add a Dynamic Text Watermark to your PDFs.

Enter the location of any PDF on your website (or any direct link to a PDF hosted anywhere) into the PDF file location, and S3MediaVault will make a copy of it in real time, apply the watermark that you've configured, and show the viewer the watermarked version of the PDF.
The location of your original PDF is never revealed. What the user sees is a modified, watermarked version.
You have the option of choosing any one of the following 4 options to be the Watermark text.
- Full Name, Email, IP
- Full Name, Email
- Full Name
- IP
- Username
You can position the watermark either at the top, bottom, or diagonally (you can configure the angle if you set it to be diagonal).
Your viewer can download the watermarked PDF stamped with their personal information (depending on which personalized option you chose, as shown above).
With their personal information watermarked on every page in your PDF, most users will be extremely hesitant to share the PDF with other unauthorized users or share it on a public website.
Demo of PDF Embed
Since you would have to be logged into our website to see a real demo with your personal information as the watermark, and because we don't have that option on this demo website, we chose to show you an example Watermarked PDF that is configured to show the name, email, and IP as the watermark.
And as shown in the screenshot above, you can configure the size, color angle, position, and opacity of the watermark.

The above sample PDF is watermarked with dummy text. What you see here is what your viewers would see, except with their own information.
If you wish to create a regular PDF download link, see this demo. And if you wish to create a hard-to-download PDF link that opens a viewer right on your website, then see this demo.
